A small number of intimate online and in-person gatherings throughout the year, created around an idea worth exploring together.
A slower pace. A notebook and a pen. The freedom of a blank page.
The presence of other people willing to listen, question, create, witness and be witnessed.
Each season, we gather online and in person around an idea worth exploring together.
I call it “The Inner Season”

Each gathering begins somewhere different.
A question. A season. A story. A transition. An idea that becomes more interesting when we take it out of our heads and give ourselves time to experience it.
From there, we might write.
Talk.
Move. Shake. Dance.
Create something.
Work with the body.
Listen.
Sit with a question for longer than we normally would.
The result? A curated encounter with ourselves. And an answer that is quietly landing – at exactly the right time.

A moment in time. One idea. And a room of people willing to explore it.
Our online gatherings bring people together across cities and countries for an intimate shared experience.
Through conversation, reflection, writing, creative exploration and somatic practice, we take an idea off the page and discover what happens when we experience it together.
The purpose is presence. The outcome: a practice of returning to yourself when you need it the most.

More time. More space. And a different kind of encounter.
In-person circles, workshops and retreats give us the opportunity to step outside our usual rhythms and into curated places chosen for the experience we want to create.
Some last an afternoon. Others unfold over a weekend.
Each gathering has its own theme, place and rhythm.
And each is an invitation to come back to presence, authenticity and full freedom of artistic expression.
And the best part? We do this together. In real life. In the safety of a live space held just for us.

There are a small number of Business as Poetry gatherings each year.
Intentional by design, no two events are ever the same.
